Super Power Flow induction kitback to top of the page
The power that an engine can produce is directly related to the quantity of fuel and air that is burned within the engine. Most modern engines measure the quantity of air entering the engine, then inject the relevant quantity of fuel to give a perfect burn. If the air quantity can be increased, so will the fuelling, this will give an increase in horsepower.
The HKS system comprises of a dual-density polyurethane foam filter assembly, with an integral velocity stack to accelerate the air into the engine. HKS Super Power Flow Induction kit systems will offer improved airflow into the engine, whilst retaining excellent filtration capabilities.
Racing Suction Kitback to top of the page

The Racing Suction Kit is a combination of the Super Power Flow air filter system and improved inlet pipework. The new pipework is made from aluminium, and is designed to significantly improve airflow into the engine or turbocharger. This improvement in airflow will have a noticeable effect on power output, and response from the engine.

HKS Exhaust Systemsback to top of the page

HKS exhaust systems are specifically designed for each individual vehicle. The system designs are as a result of extensive computer controlled flow diagnosis, and dyno testing. The systems are all made to use the manufacturers original mounting points, and have flanged joints with gaskets for ease of assembly. The exhaust systems come complete with all gaskets and mounting hardware for your vehicle. All HKS systems are 'cat back' systems. This means that the original catalytic converters are retained, ensuring that exhaust emissions are kept within specified limits.
HKS manufacture two main types of exhaust system, detailed below:

Super Dragger Exhaust System.
This hand made system is the top specification system offered by HKS. It meets all stringent Japanese sound and fitting regulations. It is manufactured using mandrel bent, aluminised steel piping. The silencers used in this system are un-chambered and seamless Stainless Steel items with matching tail pipe.
Hiper Muffler Exhaust System.
This system is also manufactured form mandrel bent, aluminised steel piping, but it uses a simpler silencer. The silencers are also manufactured from Stainless Steel, but they are of computerised, welded construction. Due to the size of silencer used, these systems may be slightly louder than the Super Dragger systems.
Super SQV Sequential Blow-Off Valvesback to top of the page

The standard type of dump valve fitted to most production turbocharged vehicles is only usually adequate in its operation. Due to the constraints of production vehicles, the standard valves have to operate quietly, and be inexpensive to manufacture. In addition to this, the valves are generally designed as re-circulating valves, which further reduces their efficiency.
HKS Super Sequential Blow-Off Valves are CNC machined from billet aluminium, and designed to give quick valve response. The HKS valve will vent directly to atmosphere, but are designed to close at idle. This will prevent un-metered air being drawn into the engine via the valve, causing erratic running problems.
HKS Super Sequential Blow-Off Valves are designed specifically for each vehicle type. They will therefore fit as a direct replacement for the original valve.

Intercooler Kitsback to top of the page

Intercoolers fitted to standard production vehicles are generally not as efficient as they could be. Some turbocharged production vehicles do not have an intercooler at all. HKS Intercooler Kits use a competition specification, aluminium intercooler, which gives maximum cooling effect, with minimum restriction to the air flowing through it. HKS Intercooler Kits come complete with all mounting hardware, and any specialist pipework that is required to fit to your vehicle.

Intercooler Pipe Kitsback to top of the page

The design of pipework used in standard production vehicle intercooler installations is controlled by a number of constraints. Manufacturers principal priority is to ensure that the items are of adequate quality at minimum cost. In light of this, the efficiency of these installations is not as good as it possibly could be.
HKS Intercooler Piping Kits consist of replacement aluminium intercooler pipes, with silicone rubber joining hoses. The aluminium pipes will offer less restriction to airflow, and are also less likely to become split or cracked in operation. As with all HKS kits, these also come complete with every part required to fit to your vehicle.
