ONLINE ORDERING : QuickOrder Online Ordering
Buying GGR products online couldn't
be simpler. Just click on the 'shopping basket' button of any product you
would like to buy and it will immediately be added to your personal basket.
Within the basket you can decide on the quantity of each product and advise
on any tax implications that may be applicable.
From this point onwards just follow the online instructions for a safe
and easy transaction. If you so wish, you can decide upon a personal username
and password to ensure that the service can automatically call up all
your details (address etc.) when you next purchase - saving you time and
effort! If you already know the part numbers you require then click on the 'QuickOrder'
option. This feature allows you to enter part numbers directly for immediate
prices and ordering.
All orders must be accompanied by full name, address and contact telephone
numbers.

**DELIVERY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR ORDER**. 1. U.K. orders Large shipments over 30kgs would need to be
made and measured to accurately quote the price.
Example Costs for UK Delivery: ROYAL MAIL : Royal Mail Special delivery is a guaranteed next working
day service by 12:30 p.m. (5:30 p.m. for most of the highlands of Scotland)
or your money back. Purchases are delivered by the Royal Mail and must
be signed for. If you are unable to receive the parcel then a calling
card is posted indicating the post office branch your parcel will be
at (usually your most local one) and you must collect. This service
is insured (up to £250) and traceable and includes all packaging charges.
Example Costs for ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY - ZERO VAT : 2. For Overseas orders we can despatch via DHL, TNT, FED-EX,
UPS, PARCEL FORCE or a freight forwarding company. We need to measure
and weigh your order to quote carriage. If you have a preferred means
of transport then click that option making sure that you fill out the
rest of the order sheet. We will then respond with the price for your
approval.

Can I Find Out Where My Parcel Is?
For UK parcels simply telephone GGR and we can track down your parcel
by telephoning the chosen shipper. For overseas parcels we will e-mail
you your unique tracking number upon despatch of your goods. Your parcel
is then traceable by clicking on the web site of the chosen shipper
all of whom have track and trace facilities

If My Goods Arrive Damaged?
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged you must initially
refuse delivery if your parcel is quite obviously damaged externally.
If your parcel is not damaged externally but its contents are damaged
then you must report this to us immediately. Whilst we have various
insurances against this eventuality the quick and efficient way to resolve
any problems of this nature are to act quickly and preferably, if possible,
return the damaged goods within 24 hours. We take great care to ensure
your orders reach you on time and safely so the incidence of damaged
goods is very rare and as such is treated with the utmost urgency and
care.
