The Following instructions are applicable for newer bluein models(USB Enabled), such as the Focus ST, Audi etc. These instructions are to be followed AFTER you've completed the steps above.
- Install software onto PC using the CD supplied
- Conect bluefin unit to PC via USB cable supplied. Run bluefin software
- Register bluefin on-line to valiate warranty and to upload file(car's origianl data)
- Superchips will thn modify the data to suit your car, and your vehicle specific file will be returned within 8 working hours(8am-5pm Mon-Fri). You will recieve an e-mail and/or text message when it's ready.
- Simply reconnect your bluefin to the PC and run the software to automatically connect and download your Superchip remap into the bluefin. Return to the car, reconnect the data lead on your bluefin to the diognostic port and follow instructions to complete installation.

Although it is simple to load the new information into your Engine Management System using the on-screen instructions from the bluefin handset, we understand that some customers may be nervous doing this (for the first time). We will happily load the program for you (by prior arrangement) at our premises at no extra charge. |
